This privacy notice explains how Wheely Good Rides (Damian Smith trading as Wheely Good Rides) collects, uses, stores and protects personal information provided through the endorsement forms on this website.

What information we collect

The endorsement forms collect the following information, depending on whether you are submitting as an organisation or an individual:

• Organisation endorsements: your name, position, organisation name, email address, estimated rides per week, client types served, comments on Broome's transport gap, whether you consent to your organisation being publicly named, and confirmation that you are authorised to submit the endorsement.
• Individual endorsements: your name, email address, whether you or someone you support uses a wheelchair, estimated rides per month, current travel methods, how accessible transport would help, and whether you consent to your comments being quoted.

Why we collect this information

Your information is collected solely to:

• Demonstrate genuine community need and support for bringing wheelchair-accessible taxi service back to Broome
• Strengthen the commercial finance proposal by evidencing real demand
• Contact you if clarification or follow-up is needed (only if you provide contact details)

How your information is stored

Endorsement data is sent securely to and stored by Wheely Good Rides on our own server. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Will my name or organisation be published?

No information that identifies you or your organisation will be published without your explicit permission.

• Organisation endorsers are asked whether they consent to their organisation being publicly named. If you select "no," your organisation will not be named publicly.
• Individual endorsers are asked whether they consent to their comments being quoted. If you select "no," your comments will not be quoted publicly.

Aggregated or anonymised information (such as the total number of endorsements received) may be shared without identifying any person or organisation.

How long we keep your information

Endorsement records and associated contact information are retained for as long as they remain relevant to the Wheely Good Rides proposal, or until you request their removal. We review stored information periodically.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting Damian using the details below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
